Service Description

A food diary pack will be sent to you to keep for 4 days including one weekend day. Detailed analysis of your food diary will provide calorie intake and a breakdown of the nutrients (carbohydrates/proteins/fat/fibre/salt) you are currently consuming. Recommendations and a dietary plan will be tailored for you to achieve your long term goals. Includes a free follow up Nutrition Review worth £60.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please try and give your therapist at least 24 hours notice. A late cancellation may incur a charge (full payment).
