ABOUT

Twickenham Body Health is a clinic run by Kim and Mandy. They are both passionate about maintaining health and keeping your body in an optimal state. They have been practising for several years. Kim has worked in the local area for more than 15 years and also works in other clinics around the South of England. Mandy has worked in a variety of clinics locally for 5 years. Both women have also worked with a variety of sports - rugby, rowing, hockey, athletics, distance runners and tennis players, Both Kim and Mandy are heavily involved in sport themselves. Kim and Mandy are both Masters athletes and believe age is not a barrier to achieving improvements in physical health, sporting ability and a sense of well being. The therapies they provide can help people who are involved in sports and those who are not - no matter your age.
