Scar remodelling
Service Description
Follow up appointment for accessing McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release -,work on scar tissue caused by surgery, injury, inflammation or infection. Remodels the connective tissues to encorage blood flow, lymphatic drainage, appearance and adhesions. The therapist will check what reactions the body has responded with, any feelings you have about the scar, any limitations caused by the build up of connective tissue etc. The MSTR technique itself does not take more than 30 of treatment time - often less but clinical notes need to be maintained. Follow up sessions may be required. If you want a new area of scarring to be treated, please book the @MSTR - 1st appointment as more time is needed for clinical history to be recorded.
