Initial Nutrition Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation is used to understand and assess your current nutrition status and what you want to achieve . Your weight and body measurements will be taken, your activity level, what your daily diet consists of, food preferences and dietary history. Expert advice, motivation and suggestions will be given based on the consultation. This can be a stand alone appointment or be part of a nutrition package with further analysis and advice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please try and give your therapist at least 24 hours notice. A late cancellation may incur a charge (full payment).
